In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Office service, keeping the premises tidy, tidying up and replenishing supplies, overseeing common areas
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Receiving inquiries in the system and answering questions while assisting visitors and staff

The position is a consulting assignment with working hours from 12 PM to 3 PM, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will thus work 3 days a week. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work together with ISS facility service in Luleå.

In this role, you will manage office service, keep the premises tidy, replenish supplies, etc. You will order food and snacks for various events at the office. It also includes ordering supplies for the office such as coffee and accessories. Another part of the role is to handle mail and packages that arrive at the office and need to be sent out. Some simpler service tasks may occur, such as changing light bulbs or similar.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with service experience. You should have the guest in focus. It is also important that you are comfortable talking to people and can build good relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience working with similar tasks.

To be eligible for this position, you need to be studying or have another primary occupation of at least 50%.
