We are now strengthening the Large Consumers group within the Corporate Customer Relations unit with two additional business engineers. The group's mission includes developing and managing customer relationships with some of our largest clients, as well as being a driving and cohesive force for the expansion and connection projects that our customers have. The group handles all network companies that connect to the regional grid, and the customers are spread across Vattenfall Eldistribution's network areas in Sweden.

About the role

In this role, you will be a key person in developing and strengthening Vattenfall Eldistribution's ability to meet our customers' needs. You will be responsible for connection projects in the early stages, ensuring progress and signing agreements with customers throughout the projects. Your mission also includes proactively engaging in dialogues with customers, understanding their challenges related to grid issues, and serving as the link between the customer and our organization. At the same time, you will represent Vattenfall Eldistribution externally and act as an ambassador for our brand.

You will work closely with colleagues in the team as well as other parts of the organization to find common solutions, drive development initiatives, and improve our internal processes. The work requires flexibility as the workload varies over time, but also the ability to see the big picture and adapt to changes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be proactive in the initial phase of an expansion or connection project and manage all contractual dialogues with the customer throughout the project
• Be responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure good and proactive customer dialogue
• Build long-term relationships by acting as an advisor in customer dialogues, becoming the customer's trusted advisor on grid-related issues
• Actively participate in development projects and initiatives within the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally for the best possible results

Requirements

• University degree in electrical power, energy technology, or equivalent
• Experience in infrastructure work, preferably related to grid but can also be from adjacent industries
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable representing in both internal and external contexts
• Experience in preparing decision-making documents and working with business calculations
• Experience in contract writing and contract law is an advantage

You are curious, proactive, and thrive in an organization where change is a natural part. Your communicative and relationship-building skills are crucial as you need to create trust and clarity in dialogues with both customers and colleagues. Finally, you are structured with the ability to prioritize and plan your tasks effectively.
