Your new role

A rapidly expanding company in an intense development and growth phase is now looking for an experienced accountant who wants to take an active role in building, strengthening, and further developing the finance function. The business is growing quickly, and processes are being established and refined in parallel – creating a dynamic and evolving environment for those who thrive on change and responsibility.

The assignment is broad and combines operational accounting work with a clear focus on improvement and development. You will be an important point of collaboration between accounting, business control, and other parts of the organization, with the goal of ensuring accurate accounting, good follow-up, and analysis of costs and deviations.

The role involves both individual responsibility within defined areas and close collaboration in a team, where knowledge sharing, transparency, and joint problem-solving are central working methods.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and accruals

  • Monthly financial statements and reporting

  • Reconciliation and declaration of VAT

  • Preparation of materials for annual reports and audits

  • Support in internal projects, such as system changes and accounting-related investigations

  • Active participation in – and driving – the development, improvement, and documentation of routines and processes within the finance function

Important to know

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Temporary employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Start: As agreed. End: The assignment begins as a consulting assignment for about 6 months, with a clear ambition for employment thereafter. In your application: Ensure that it is clearly stated that you are qualified according to the client's desired qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you need
  • A degree in finance at the university level or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Approximately 5–10 years of experience in similar accounting roles.

  • Good overall understanding of the accounting flow.

  • Experience with system changes and a strong interest in systems (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus).

  • Very good skills in Excel.

  • Good knowledge of K3 (IFRS is a plus).

  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience with fixed assets.

  • Experience with high transaction levels.
