Operations Coordinator for Service Center in Arvidsjaur
The Fortifications Agency is looking for an operations coordinator for the Service Center in Arvidsjaur. We are seeking someone with experience in administration and coordination who wants to take on an important role in office administration and service. Does this sound like you? Apply today!

Coordinating Work at the Fortifications Agency's Service Center
The Service Center is responsible for supporting the agency in various administrative tasks such as reporting issues with all our properties, travel management, incident reporting, handling vehicles and fuel cards, staffing the switchboard and communication center, as well as mail management. We also handle various types of orders and administer all electricity subscriptions.
We currently have 15 administrators and a manager who together drive the operations. We have a good team spirit where we support each other for the best results. We collaborate a lot and have a coaching work environment while also including independent work with personal responsibility in one or more areas.
In the new role as an operations coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative and practical coordination in the office and will work as the manager's right hand. Your main tasks will include:
- Handling issues related to office operations together with the unit manager. This may include maintaining order in shared office spaces, coordinating overarching information, security planning, being the contact person for external suppliers, handling visitor registrations, and ordering materials.
- Proactively working on the design and improvement of routines and processes in an operation characterized by security and structure.
- Other tasks related to office operations may also occur.
Since the Fortifications Agency operates throughout Sweden, travel may be required.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and experience in administration, preferably in a similar field. You also have documented very good knowledge of administrative IT support systems, proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English. A Class B driver's license and Swedish citizenship are required.
It is an advantage if you have experience in coordinating and managing tasks.

About the Employment
The position is a permanent employment and may begin with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be placed in a military position. The place of employment is Arvidsjaur. Employment with us requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class. A security review with a background check will be conducted before employment in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
