Region Norrbotten is now looking for an additional strategist for the Data Warehouse management area. In the role of strategist, you will be an important part of the development and coordination of the region's data-driven reporting and follow-up, which is in an exciting development phase.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with a degree in economics and good IT skills. You have experience in data management in complex systems and data warehouses, as well as a genuine interest in and experience with BI and AI. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.

We highly value personal qualities. As a person, you are analytical and have good problem-solving skills. With a holistic view, you collaborate with others and motivate and engage colleagues in information management. You are used to working independently and have a strong focus on quality. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and can express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, considering the needs of the recipient.

What you will work with

The work with data-driven processes is carried out from both a needs and production perspective, where the strategist acts as a link between the business requirements and the digital solutions. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that both management and employees have access to accurate and easily accessible data to make well-informed decisions and that we enhance our ability to use data/AI. You will work both strategically and operationally and collaborate with various functions to drive development forward. It is also important that you stay updated on relevant changes in the external environment. In addition, you will engage in and lead various tasks and processes within the finance department while actively contributing to its internal development.

Information about the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment, Monday to Friday. There is an opportunity for remote work to some extent. Travel may occur in the work. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
