We are looking for a clinic assistant with a strong patient and quality focus who wants to contribute to our work with psychiatric care. With us, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues in an organization that provides support and care to children and adolescents under 18 years of age with mental health issues or illness.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or medical secretary/health administrator and has good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have language skills in any of our national minority languages, such as Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sami. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system, MS Office, and Teams is desirable, as well as experience from similar tasks.

What you will work with
As a clinic assistant with us, you will be part of the local management team and have close cooperation with the unit manager regarding operational issues. Depending on your competence, the tasks may include dictation writing, responsibility for functional mailboxes, administrative introduction of new staff, scheduling, setting up time books, mail handling, and managing cases via 1177. For those of you who are nursing assistants or caregivers, patient-related work may also be relevant.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday - Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
The position is within pediatric care: We apply background checks before hiring according to the provisions of the law (2013:852) on background checks of persons who will work with children.
