The mission of the Labor Market and Education Administration spans a large area of responsibility from preschool all the way to adult education. We are also responsible for labor market support, integration, as well as growth and skills supply issues.

Therefore, we are now looking for a controller who wants to work with us in the finance and HR department as part of the administrative support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this qualified and stimulating role, we expect you to take significant personal responsibility while also sharing your knowledge and experience to develop others. As a controller for primary schools, you will work with budgeting, ongoing forecast reconciliation, and financial reporting to the heads of the operations as well as to the political committee and municipal executive board. Assist area managers and school principals as well as administrative staff within the school with support in financial matters. There will also be some bookkeeping and project accounting in the position, as well as calculating cost prices. As a controller, you will also be responsible for monitoring, developing, and adjusting the primary school's resource allocation model and have primary responsibility for all payments to independent primary schools.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of experience working with qualified tasks in the finance area. You have the ability for strategic thinking and to see complex connections. Additionally, you are structured, meticulous, and analytical in your work approach and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
