Are you solution-oriented, have a service-oriented approach, and possess good administrative skills? Then you have come to the right place! VINAB is now looking for a Project Coordinator for our Technical Documentation department in Kiruna.

About the position

As a project coordinator, you will primarily work with documentation internally and for our customers in the industrial sector. The position mainly involves independent administrative work but also collaboration with other colleagues as you will belong to the workgroup in Kiruna. In the future, we also see that the person can take on more tasks in the area of creating maintenance plans and project documentation.

Main responsibilities

• Input of spare parts and documentation
• Building maintenance plans in Excel
• Administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education or has acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience
• Has good computer skills
• Is solution-oriented
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Holds a valid B driver's license
• Communicates in Swedish

It is a plus if you

• Have good knowledge of Excel
• Have experience from the industry
• Master additional languages such as English, Finnish, etc.

We also see that you have good communication skills in both speech and writing.

In this role, you will work at our office in Kiruna. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills and enjoys building good relationships.
