Piteå Health Center is a medium-sized and pleasant health center in the heart of Piteå, with about 10,000 registered patients. We are a total of about 45 dedicated employees who are now looking forward to welcoming a new colleague! We have a team that will welcome you with open arms. The team consists of general practitioners, ST doctors, nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, conversation therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We work together and share responsibility for the team's patients in close and cross-professional collaboration.
We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a medical secretary with experience in the profession. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in primary care and/or have experience with Cosmic, diagnosis classification, and Office365.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are service-oriented, structured, flexible, and have good collaboration skills.
What you will work with
As a medical secretary at Piteå Health Center, you will be an important part of the daily administrative work. Tasks such as documentation, dictation, mail handling, diagnosis coding, and support in various systems to other professional groups at the health center are examples of daily tasks for a medical secretary with us. We are currently working on implementing a team-based working method where you as a secretary will play a crucial role. You will have a central role in the team where you will participate in rounds to document and provide the requested information.

Information about the position
Permanent employment, full-time or part-time, daytime. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
