We are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and has a good ability to build trustful relationships.

This is a consultancy assignment starting as agreed until 2026-04-30. There are good chances for extension after this period. Responsibilities

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment chain – from the initial needs analysis to signed agreements. You will act as an advisory partner to the managers in the organization and ensure that the recruitment processes maintain the highest quality. You will work together with a whole team towards the company's internal goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Swedish language proficiency, both spoken and written
• Academic degree in HR and personnel science or equivalent work experience
