We are looking for someone who is studying at least 50% and wants to combine their studies with a flexible part-time job as a consultant at Länstrafiken. You will be part of a team that helps customers with bookings, app support, and travel inquiries – always focusing on creating a safe and smooth experience.

About the position

This is a part-time consulting assignment, and we are looking for someone who is studying at least 50%. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Länstrafiken. You will be part of a group of other hourly employees and will be scheduled for shifts at Länstrafiken based on need. There will be an opportunity to work full-time during a period in the summer.

💼 Job Responsibilities

As a customer service agent in mobility services, you are the first point of contact for customers who need help with their travels. You handle incoming calls and chat inquiries and assist customers with booking requests for, for example, airport cars and demand-responsive transport. The role involves providing support on how the app works, informing about bus lines and departures, as well as handling refunds or correcting incorrect tickets. You will work in several different systems, which requires a good ability to quickly switch between different tools and stay updated on procedures. A well-functioning chat function is available to quickly provide customers with the right help, and your focus is always on creating a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.

The assignment begins with basic training on-site in Överkalix. After that, remote work from nearby locations is acceptable.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Ongoing post-secondary education of at least 50%

  • Experience in service work and customer interaction

  • Very good communication skills and a strong sense of service.

  • Very good system proficiency and comfort in working with multiple digital tools simultaneously.

You are communicative and have an easy time building trust through a professional and friendly approach. The role requires you to be solution-oriented and able to handle varying inquiries in a structured way, even when the pace is high. You are flexible and adaptable, which allows you to handle changes and new routines without losing focus. Additionally, you have the patience and ability to guide customers through technical solutions in a pedagogical manner. A positive and calm demeanor is crucial for creating a safe and smooth customer experience.
