About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you are an important part of a close-knit team that supports customers around the clock via phone, email, and chat. We do not work with telemarketing or sales – the focus is entirely on providing support, assistance, and service of the highest quality to our customers. You will work with varied and meaningful tasks where each day offers new challenges. With support from knowledgeable and helpful colleagues, we ensure that you have the right conditions to succeed and thrive in your role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (requirement) and has basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written (requirement).
• Has good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems, which is a merit as we work in our customers' systems.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural drive to help people by solving their problems efficiently and professionally.
• Is skilled at handling administrative tasks and has an easy time absorbing new information.
• Appreciates variety in work, where no day is the same as the other.
• Is self-driven and responsible, while also valuing teamwork and common goals.

Experience in customer service is a merit but not a requirement – we are looking for the right person with the right attitude!

Practical information

The position is located at our modern headquarters in Piteå, with an employment rate of 75–100%. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening and weekends. The employment starts on April 7, 2026, and lasts until August 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
