Your Role

Saab Kockums Underwater Systems is undergoing an important transformation to become a faster, more flexible, and data-driven defense actor. To take the next step, we are now looking for a business developer who wants to help translate our strategic direction into practice.

In this role, you will:

• Drive change and development initiatives related to our SW transformation
• Support teams in new software-defined working methods
• Create structure, clarity, and engagement in a complex organization
• Work closely with leaders and employees to strengthen collaboration and learning

Your Profile

You have experience in change management and business development, are comfortable navigating between strategy and everyday operations, and enjoy helping people succeed together.

To speak the same language as the development teams, we see that you have prior experience in software development, preferably within embedded systems. Experience with modular systems, agile working methods, and product/platform development is a plus.

You also need to fit into an environment where strategy and operational work come together.
