As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for overarching processes within the management assignment as well as in-depth and specialist knowledge in certain systems.

As a system administrator at Francks, you will among other things:

• Manage our IT systems, applications, data, and infrastructure

• Lead and participate in various change projects

• Coordinate activities related to company acquisitions

• Work proactively with IT security

• Plan upgrades & lifecycle management

• Document processes and routines

• Monitor new technologies and tools

• Work operationally in our systems and applications

• Educate our employees in smart and secure system usage

To thrive in the role, you need to be motivated by being part of a change journey where you have a strong personal drive.

We are looking for someone with relevant education in IT or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in a similar role and have experience in IT system administration. A B driver's license is required for the position.

You will collaborate with colleagues and suppliers in different countries, which means you need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

The primary workplace is Norrköping, but the position involves travel within Sweden and abroad in connection with various projects and activities.
