As a Junior IT Technician, you will be responsible for managing computers throughout their lifecycle. This means checking hardware, installing and updating software, configuring systems, and ensuring that each computer functions as it should. You will handle computers that are to be sent out to the business and receive equipment that comes back, where you will perform cleaning, updates, and functionality tests. The role involves practical work with both installations and troubleshooting and is central to ensuring that their technical environments operate stably and securely. Instrumentation & Calibration is part of Tools & Instruments and is responsible for providing, calibrating, and quality-assuring advanced measuring instruments used in the production of turbines. The department works in one of Sweden's most qualified laboratories and serves as an internal service center with high technical competence. • Post-secondary IT education or equivalent experience (even high school level can be relevant)
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Experience in handling both hardware and software

• Experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong interest in computers and technology
• Experience with Siemens systems
