What you will actually do

You will be part of a product area focusing on document management – an area that may sound dry, but in practice is both technically complex and business-critical. Here, junior and senior developers work side by side with products for document creation, case management, information governance, and e-archiving.

Your days may include:

• Developing and delivering new features and services
• Maintaining, improving, and sometimes questioning existing solutions
• Working with continuous deliveries (we like things to happen often)
• Testing – both your own and others' solutions, as quality is not an afterthought
• Collaborating with the business, other teams, and operations and support organizations

Technology stack (for those who like that)

We have a strong focus on automation and work in a modern cloud-native environment:

• Docker & Kubernetes
• React in the frontend
• Go and Java in the backend (SpringBoot)
• Kafka as a streaming platform in an event-driven architecture

In short: a stable foundation, modern tools, and plenty of room to make an impact.

Who do we think you are?

You enjoy collaborating, are happy to share your knowledge, and are not afraid to say “we can do this better.”

You who are applying have

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience as a developer
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Swedish citizenship

Extra plus if you have experience in

• CI/CD and agile working methods
• SQL Golang
• Modern Java frameworks
• Microservices
• Kubernetes/Docker

The formal (but important)

The position is classified in a security class. A security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment, which means a requirement for Swedish citizenship.

Employment form: Permanent with a six-month probationary period
Working hours: Office hours with flexible time
Location: Norrköping or Linköping
Salary: Individual salary setting
Start date: By agreement
