Your responsibilities

In upcoming assignments as an IT technician, you may work with:

• Responsibility for operation, management, and further development of clients' Modern Workplace environments
• Support to the business and act as 2nd/3rd line for clients, Microsoft 365, and IT platforms
• Configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.)
• Management of users, licenses, and permissions in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Administration of Windows 10/11 clients via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including policies, profiles, compliance, and application distribution
• Lifecycle management of clients and applications
• Participation in customer projects related to digitization, automation, and improvement work
• Troubleshooting advanced incidents and developing routines, processes, and user experiences

Your profile

You are a solution-oriented and structured person who thrives in the consulting role and appreciates working closely with the client's operations. You are confident in your skills, enjoy keeping up to date with new technologies, and are used to collaborating with both IT specialists and business users.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working as an IT technician or equivalent
• Good experience with Modern Workplace technologies, including: Microsoft 365, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11, Entra ID (Azure AD), IT security, and compliance principles
• Experience with PowerShell or other forms of automation
• Understanding of networks, client platforms, and security principles
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious

• Previous work with larger projects, implementations, or migrations
• Experience with Mac management
