We are looking for a Microsoft Consultant who is passionate about technology, customer development, and consulting. As a Microsoft Consultant, you will work both tactically and operationally to:

·       Advise and support clients on their Microsoft journey, focusing on productivity and security

·       Design, implement, and optimize solutions within Microsoft 365, Azure, and related security services

·       Drive and participate in development projects and rollout of IT projects at the client

·       Act as a technical expert in sales meetings and client dialogues

·       Conduct workshops, training, and presentations for clients and colleagues

·       Follow up and document efforts in a structured way

·       Has deep knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft's security solutions

·       Has experience as an IT consultant, preferably both short and long assignments

·       Is passionate about helping clients work smarter and more securely

·       Has experience leading or participating in development projects

·       Is pedagogical, communicative, and can explain complex solutions in a simple way

·       Expresses themselves well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

·       Holds a B driver's license

·       Certifications in Microsoft products (e.g., MS-100, AZ-104, SC-200)

·       Experience with Power Platform, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, or similar

·       Consulting experience or background from an IT provider

·       Knowledge of networking and Windows server in various roles
