Who are you?

At Nexer in Linköping, we continue to strengthen our successful team – we are now looking for experienced IT project managers with technical understanding and a good ability to create structure, collaboration, and results in complex assignments.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in technical project management in an IT environment and who wants to work closely with the client's operations to:

• Lead IT projects from idea to implementation

• Develop processes, systems, and ways of working

• Drive projects within digitization, system changes, cloud journeys, or integrations

• Support the client in change work and improved working methods

As a senior project manager, you will play a central role in our clients' digital transformation. You will lead strategically important projects within IT and information management – from feasibility study to implementation – and act as a link between the client, technical specialists, sales, and the delivery organization.

You have experience in independently driving IT projects, for example, within process mapping, system implementation, or business development. We prefer that you have worked according to established project methods such as PPS, Prince2, Scrum, or similar.

If you also have experience from the public sector, that is a big plus.

The role requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is a prerequisite for succeeding in our client dialogues and within the team.

As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented. You thrive in a central role in projects and find it easy to build trust. You communicate clearly with different target groups and keep both details and the big picture together. You are used to working independently but also enjoy collaborating with others to drive things forward.

The position is based in Linköping.
