Job Description – IT Support,

We are looking for a dedicated consultant for 1st line IT support. You will be part of a team that handles incoming calls, chats, and emails from the municipality's employees. Cases that cannot be resolved directly in the 1st line will be escalated to the 2nd line. You will collaborate closely with both colleagues and the organization, supported by the unit manager responsible for work management and prioritization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the municipality's employees in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Handle cases and requests for IT services via phone, chat, and email
  • Document cases in TopDesk and use the knowledge database for standard troubleshooting
  • Work with issues, questions, and requests related to user-facing and office-related IT services
  • Actively collaborate with the team and contribute ideas and improvements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school education or equivalent
  • Has at least one year of experience in administrative work or in a service role
  • Has experience working in a case management system
  • Is service-oriented, calm, attentive, and helpful
  • Has good collaboration skills and can communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Has a pedagogical ability – can explain and guide users in an easily understandable way
  • Is responsible and can drive their own tasks forward with structure
