About the position

Perido is looking for a solution architect for an authority with an important social mission. The authority is in the midst of a significant technical transformation – from heavy and complex architecture to a more flexible, scalable, and event-driven environment. The position is based at the authority's office in Norrköping, with some opportunity for remote work. A security clearance will be conducted before the start of the position.

Your responsibilities

The work includes, among other things, the implementation of a new integration platform and the establishment of a streaming platform for event-driven architecture. These capabilities are fundamental to the entire organization's continued development, modernization, and automation.

You will be part of a team working with integration and streaming services – a central enabler for all development activities. These are core tasks that affect both internal teams and external collaborations.

As a solution architect, you will, among other things:

• Guide before and during change and development assignments
• Ensure that solutions align with the organization's needs and the overall vision for IT architecture
• Create conditions for teams to deliver sustainable and appropriate solutions
• Contribute to the design of the future architecture for internal systems and services
• Work closely with development teams, architect colleagues, and other key roles in the organization

Your qualities

The role requires a professional and stable approach as well as a good ability to collaborate with different roles and functions. You communicate clearly, adapt to the context, and take responsibility for the whole. The work also requires structure, independence, and the ability to prioritize in complex environments.

Qualifications:

• Academic education in IT/computer science or other relevant education combined with work experience
• Good understanding of solution design, for example from roles such as senior developer, IT architect, or Tech Lead
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in leadership, formal or informal
• Experience working in complex and business-critical IT environments
• Knowledge of integration platforms, event-driven architecture, or streaming services

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months through Perido, with the ambition to be permanently hired by the client thereafter. Start immediately.
