Assignment: We are now looking for a junior IT support technician for a long-term assignment with a larger organization in the public sector in Linköping. You will be part of an established IT support team where you work in 1st line and are the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, and email.

About the role: In the role of 1st line support technician, you will work service-oriented by receiving, troubleshooting, and documenting IT cases. Cases that are not resolved immediately are escalated according to established procedures. You will work in a ticketing system with access to a knowledge database and clear processes.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage IT cases via phone, chat, and email

• Troubleshooting and user support for office-related IT services

• Documentation of cases in the ticketing system

• Collaboration with colleagues in 1st and 2nd line support

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed high school education

• At least 1 year of experience in service or support work

• Experience with case management and documentation

• Good familiarity with working in IT systems and support systems

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

• It is an advantage if you have experience working in the public sector or larger organizations with established IT processes.

• Location: Linköping (work is on-site, not remote)

• Scope: 100%

• Start: Immediately / by agreement
