We are now looking for two junior 1st line support technicians for a consulting assignment within a larger organization in Linköping. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a service-oriented role, have good communication skills, and want to work in a structured IT environment with clear routines and close teamwork.

You will work on-site and be an important first contact for users who need IT support in their daily lives.

As a 1st line support technician, you will work with user-facing IT support in a team. The tasks include, among others:

• Receiving and handling incoming cases via phone, chat, and email

• Troubleshooting and handling incidents, questions, and orders

• Documentation of cases in the case management system

• Working according to established routines and using the existing knowledge database

• If necessary, escalate cases to other support levels

To be considered for the assignment, all must-have requirements must be met and clearly stated in your CV:

• Completed high school education/high school diploma

• At least 1 year of work experience in administrative work, for example:

  • work in a service function or service profession

  • work in a case management system

• Very good oral and written communication skills in Swedish

• Good experience working with IT tools and support systems

• Service-oriented and professional in your approach

• Good collaboration skills and enjoy teamwork

• Pedagogical ability – can explain technical issues clearly

• Responsible and structured in your work approach

• Ability to provide at least one relevant reference assignment
