RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT organization of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service consists of about 450 employees. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence both your own work and ours, all to ensure that we can deliver secure and quality solutions to the core operations of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. We work in teams and are responsible for offering the organization digitized solutions that simplify and streamline everyday life. We use new technologies where possible but also work with the management of existing solutions.

As a Scrum Master in our integration team, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the team. You will also be responsible for dialogues with our operations regarding the need for integrations and project management. You will be responsible for work methods and efficiency in the daily work concerning development, operations, management, and other tasks included in the team's mission.

We work with a self-developed platform for integrations and system-to-system communication. This involves a lot of monitoring and daily support but also many dialogues with specialists from sending and receiving systems.

Our platform is currently developed to function within Microsoft's domains, but we are building to be able to run on Linux and/or Kubernetes. Much of the code is built in .NET Core and SQL.

The role requires being proactive and engaged with a good grounding and understanding of various IT areas. It is important that you are confident in leadership and that you fit into our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the role of Scrum Master Integration, we are looking for someone who takes initiative, starts activities, works towards goals, and achieves results. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive your processes forward but also have an easy time adapting to changing circumstances. You work well with others and can relate to them in a responsive manner.

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or other education combined with experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant.
• Experience collaborating with many different competencies in a large and complex organization.
• Experience leading and managing a team in daily work.
• Experience in integration development.
• Experience working with Scrum.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Very good ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• General knowledge in development.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with cross-functional working methods.
• Experience working in a large public authority.
• Knowledge of agile development.
