Job Description

As a development leader, you are the representative of healthcare in the work with the region's healthcare information systems. You work closely with both healthcare and the region's IT unit to continuously capture and describe needs, challenges, and improvement suggestions related to the use of our systems and applications. Through dialogue, analysis, and structured needs assessment, you contribute to ensuring that our digital support is used optimally in healthcare.

The work includes advising and supporting how the systems are used and how functions can be utilized in the best way. When questions or problems arise, you conduct troubleshooting and collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to identify causes and find solutions. You are involved in testing existing and new functions from a user perspective. The role also involves investigating conditions, consequences, and benefits for new orders or improvement suggestions from healthcare, and compiling these materials for further handling.

Part of the assignment is to participate in various improvement and implementation tasks. This may involve introducing new functionality or adapting and adjusting existing solutions so that they better support the working methods and requirements of healthcare. When implementing new functions or changes in existing ones, you are an active participant and contribute to developing, updating, and maintaining training for different target groups in healthcare.

About You

You have an academic education with good knowledge of healthcare and healthcare processes or equivalent practical experience. You have an interest in digital solutions and digital health in care. You have experience with the COSMIC journal system, and we prefer that you have experience working on and driving IT-related assignments within your current organization. Experience in project management and/or training and informing is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have a good ability to collaborate with others to solve tasks. You can communicate with IT about healthcare and vice versa. You document and communicate within your area clearly and see both the big picture and details, as well as the connections between healthcare and IT.

You are driven to work with continuous improvements to achieve good quality and high efficiency. You are goal-oriented, work independently, and follow established plans. You are interested in new knowledge, both in your field and for your own professional development.
