Project Manager for Rental Housing in Norrköping

We at Adecco are now looking for a Project Manager for Rental Housing in Norrköping who will be responsible for Rental Housing's Junior Team during the summer. Are you a confident leader who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working with young people? Then this could be the summer job for you.

Every year, Rental Housing offers summer jobs to young people aged 16–17 through its Junior Team. The youth work in groups of 6–8 people in Rental Housing's residential areas and contribute to clean, attractive, and safe outdoor environments.

The Junior Team is led in daily operations by seven supervisors who are close to the youth in the areas. In the role of project manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Junior Team during the summer.

Your task is to ensure that the operation functions as a whole and that the youth receive a positive and developing first work experience. You support, engage, and motivate the supervisors during the six weeks that the Junior Team works, while also contributing to creating structure, team spirit, and responsibility within the groups.

The work is both operational and coordinating. You handle everyday questions and challenges, coordinate time and resources, follow up to ensure decisions are implemented, and act as a contact person between the Junior Team and other parts of the organization. You are also responsible for coordinating the introduction for supervisors and juniors, as well as evaluating and developing the working methods for the coming year.

The position is a summer employment from June 15 to August 12, and it is important that you can be present throughout the entire period.

WORTH WORKING FOR

Rental Housing has a mission that extends far beyond renting out apartments. With a focus on safety, sustainability, and social responsibility, they contribute to creating vibrant neighborhoods in Norrköping.

As a consultant through Adecco, you will have the opportunity to work in a meaningful role where you make a real difference – both for the youth in the Junior Team and for Rental Housing's residential areas.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in leading and working with young people. Education in social work, child and leisure studies, pedagogy, or equivalent is an advantage. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

As a person, you are proactive, self-driven, and have a good overview. You thrive in a role where you handle many different issues simultaneously and where no day is the same as the other. You are curious about people, flexible in your working style, and unpretentious in collaboration with others. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

APPLICATION

Does this sound like a mission for you? Then we would love to hear from you. Submit your application by February 13.
