The Toyota Summer Internship allows you to work with three colleagues on a software development project from idea to finished prototype. The Position

The Toyota Summer Internship is an annual team-based project for engineering students in their fourth year. The technical area is determined annually by the R&D management team to align with Toyota's future technical investments.

Candidate Profile

Your task is to collaborate with three other students to take a project from idea to finished prototype or concept presentation. The project will take place over 6-8 weeks during the summer and will be compensated with an hourly wage similar to other summer jobs. During the project, you will get to know our company, managers, and colleagues. The Summer Internship is for those who want to test running their own development project in a real setting and are interested in taking a first step towards employment at Toyota. A well-executed Summer Internship provides excellent opportunities for a thesis project at the company. We are looking for candidates studying: Master's degree in Engineering Physics, Electronics Design, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics, or equivalent.
