About the Assignment

We are now looking for two IT support technicians for an assignment within the public sector. You will work in 1st line IT support and be an important contact point for users in their daily IT work. The assignment involves a service-oriented role where you handle incoming cases via phone, chat, and email, as well as document and follow up on cases in the case management system.

You will be part of an established support team where collaboration, professionalism, and good service are central. The role suits you who are calm, pedagogical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact.

Responsibilities

As a support technician, you will work with:

• Receiving and managing IT cases via phone, chat, and email
• Documenting cases in the case management system
• Troubleshooting and managing user-facing IT services
• Handling errors, questions, and orders related to IT
• Working according to established routines and using the existing knowledge database
• Contributing to a professional and service-oriented approach to users

Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Completed high school education
• At least 1 year of work experience in administrative work, for example:
• Work in a service function or service profession
• Experience with case management systems
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good experience working with IT tools and support systems
• Ability to search for and use information in IT systems to resolve cases
• Service-oriented with a calm, accommodating, and professional demeanor
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work in a team
• Pedagogical ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way
• Responsible and structured in your work approach
