Your role with us

As a system developer within Case Solutions, you will work as a full-stack developer with Java as your base in an agile, self-organizing team. Together, you will realize the requirements of the customer solutions you develop and take responsibility for the entire journey from start to finish.

In addition to development, you will have the opportunity to take a more central role in system design and architecture, where you:

• analyze needs and break down requirements into clear technology and functioning system logic
• contribute to the design of flows, models, and integrations
• participate in technical choices and architectural guidelines within the team
• ensure that the solution is sustainable, consistent, and well-structured over time

You will work closely with business consultants, project managers, and customers, receiving continuous feedback directly from users and clients. The team also has product development responsibility, which means that what you build can have significance for several of our customer solutions in the future.

Introduction and placement

You will receive a solid introduction from the team and through Ida University, our tailored introduction program to help you quickly get into the work.

The placement is at our office in central Linköping or Stockholm. We also offer flexibility through our remote work policy, where working from home is possible.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is a system developer at heart but is also driven to understand the whole of a system — from needs, architecture, and design to implementation and quality.

We believe that you:

• are passionate about system development in Java
• want to take responsibility for system logic, design, and technical solutions
• appreciate varied tasks that involve both code and system structure
• thrive in dialogue with colleagues, business, and customers
• are curious and solution-oriented

We believe that you have a university degree in system development or equivalent professional experience.

You need to be a Swedish citizen to work on our security-classified projects.

It is a big plus if you have experience with:
