ABOUT THE POSITIONOur client is a global defense and security company active in air, land, and naval defense, civil security, and commercial aviation technology. Technically, they are leaders in many areas, and one-fifth of their revenue goes to research and development. They see diversity as an asset, and as an employee, you will have significant responsibility and good development opportunities.
In your role as Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for managing, structuring, and quality-assuring product data and configuration documentation for the company's products. The role involves ensuring that all technical solutions and product changes are correctly defined, approved, and traceable, both internally and towards customers and authorities. You will work with testing and maintenance of current systems, as well as development and improvement.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:- Has a university or college degree in, for example, systems or computer science
- Has some years of work experience in similar roles
- Has a strong interest in technology and experience with Python and Linux. Previous experience with Bitbucket is considered a plus.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as both languages are used in daily work.
Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process. To fit in this role, you need to have good organizational skills and a sense of structure. You should also thrive in an environment where a lot of collaboration is required and where you have a supportive role towards your colleagues. Additionally, you should enjoy a varied role where your tasks are broad but focused on system development.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:This position requires you to undergo and be approved under the current applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
