AMRA Medical is a groundbreaking international medical technology company at the forefront of medical imaging and precision medicine. AMRA was founded in 2010 as a spin-off from Linköping University with the aim of supporting transformative care and clinical decision-making; from clinical research to clinical care.
The company has developed new methods for body composition analysis that allow us to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle-related biomarkers with unparalleled precision and accuracy from a single MRI scan. We collaborate with internationally leading pharmaceutical companies and hospitals around the world. Today, we have over 60 employees operating in an international market, with a need for further expansion.
About the role
Do you want to work in a role where service, technology, and quality meet – and where your work truly makes a difference? We are now looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent for our medical technology company in Linköping. In the role of Customer Support Agent, you will be part of AMRA's operational department, alongside the production team and project managers. You will be responsible for daily monitoring of our customer support system and handling incoming inquiries, support cases, and information flows with high accuracy and a clear customer focus. The role is an important link between our customers and internal teams and involves daily customer contact and collaboration to ensure high quality and efficient processes.
The position is full-time and based at our headquarters in Linköping.
Responsibilities
· Provide professional support and service to international customers via email within agreed response times
· Receive, follow up, and document support cases in a structured manner
· Collaborate with our internal teams regarding customer cases and deliveries
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of routines and working methods within our customer support
· Ensure that work is conducted according to applicable quality requirements and regulations
