We are looking for an IT Coordinator on behalf of our client for an organization with a clear and important social mission, where the work makes a concrete difference for people every day. In the role of IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for technical project management in local and property projects. The assignment involves driving IT-related sub-projects in connection with new construction, renovation, and major adaptations of existing premises.

You are responsible for the overall IT and technical installations in the projects – from needs analysis and requirements specification to coordination, delivery, and follow-up. The role has a clear focus on collaboration, which means close cooperation with the property function, security function, internal IT resources, and external suppliers.

The work is characterized by personal responsibility where you ensure that IT deliveries occur according to plan, standards, and ordering processes.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Identifying the property projects' needs for IT infrastructure

• Conducting needs analysis, ordering, and coordinating IT and technology deliveries

• Following up and approving deliveries from internal and external suppliers

• Preparing technical documentation, plans, and decision materials

• Reporting status, risks, and deviations to relevant forums

At least 3–4 years of documented experience as a technical project manager or IT project manager in property-related projects.

Documented practical experience in technical project management in at least one of the following areas:

• IT infrastructure

• Networks

• Security technology

As a person, you work in a structured and independent manner, with good collaboration skills. You are confident in your expertise, communicate clearly, and have the ability to handle complex contexts where multiple functions collaborate. Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
