We are looking for a structured and analytical engineer or equivalent with experience in complex bidding processes. You want to work in a technology-driven, international company where the bidding process is business-critical, and where you can combine operational responsibility with the development of methods and processes.

In this role, you lead and coordinate the entire bidding process – from analysis and go/no-go decisions to final submission. You work closely with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams, ensuring that bids meet technical requirements and relevant regulations.

You drive requirement analysis, risk assessments, and documentation, and are responsible for structure and progress in several parallel, time-critical processes. The role also involves developing and standardizing working methods, preferably with elements of digitalization and AI support.

This is a tactical role, which requires your ability to think strategically, focus on business goals, and identify both risks and opportunities in deals, as well as understanding how technical prerequisites impact the outcome.

We are looking for someone with experience in technology-driven companies, international environments, and experience with bidding or similar tasks – preferably towards the public sector. You have a good understanding of commercial terms and are accustomed to working cross-functionally in complex organizations. You are confident in interpreting specifications and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders. You must have excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written. As a person, you are meticulous, driven, and collaborate naturally across functions – while taking individual responsibility and delivering under time pressure.
