Are you a person with computer skills, communicative and organized? Then we have the right position for you! Randstad in Norrköping is now looking for construction support for the new delivery of gas turbines to our client Siemens Energy in Finspång.

The role involves project work where you follow a project timeline, handle customer inquiries, and purchase hardware such as computers, I/O cards, and licenses, etc. The position also includes planning and ordering of internal transports as well as responsibility for internal storage areas. The tasks vary between placing orders in SAP, working with customer documentation, and coordinating internal transports to and from the office. The basic requirement is computer skills and proficiency in the Office package, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of SAP or PLM. Language requirement is English since all meetings will be conducted in English.

The team consists of three people who support the rest of the office with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school education
• We prefer that you have at least a couple of years of experience in support roles
• The basic requirement is computer skills and proficiency in the Office package, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of SAP or PLM
• Communicative and express yourself well in both spoken and written English and Swedish
