Administrative Coordinator at the Technical and Service Administration

About the position

As an Administrative Coordinator, you contribute to structure, quality, and effective working methods within the Technical and Service Administration. You provide broad support to our operations and play a central role in coordinating and keeping together important administrative processes.

Within the staff, 18 employees work, and we offer you a developing and educational job with pleasant colleagues. The work involves visits to various operations within our administration, where not all can be reached by public transport. We therefore see that having a B driver's license is advantageous.

Examples of tasks:

  • lead the administration's purchasing organization
  • develop and coordinate the administration's work with contract follow-up
  • provide qualified administrative support to managers/operations
  • lead and coordinate assignments and projects based on the administration's needs

About the workplace

The Technical and Service Administration's staff is a competent resource that inspires and supports the administration's operations in developing, streamlining, and quality-assuring their work. Your workplace will be in modern office premises in Citypassagen near the central station, with good opportunities for remote work part of your workweek.

Qualifications

For the position, you need to be communicative and have a good ability to plan and organize your work independently. As a person, you are meticulous and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions, with an unpretentious attitude. You are also curious to learn new things and driven to develop in your professional role. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language at a level that allows you to communicate and document what the operation requires without hindrance.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

  • approved higher education/university education of 180 credits in a relevant field, such as political science, public administration, or economics
  • experience in independently leading assignments and projects
  • good knowledge of the Office package

Meritorious:

  • experience of working in a politically governed organization
  • experience of qualified administrative work
  • experience of working with contract follow-up
  • experience of working in financial systems
