We are looking for an administrator in Civil Duty for a company in Örebro (Åsbro). The start date is in April, with an initial 2-year fixed-term assignment. There is a possibility of extension thereafter.

Background and Assignment Description The investigation and training of those subject to civil duty began in 2025 and will continue until 2028. The assignment will be carried out in the civil duty unit, which is a relatively newly established unit within the external assignments section of the security and preparedness department. The unit currently consists of nine employees.

You will work under some supervision with the tasks in the assignment but also independently perform defined tasks. The assignment involves identifying and investigating those liable for total defense to fulfill civil duty within electricity supply.

Tasks

• Investigate those liable for total defense based on established selection criteria and incoming documentation to fulfill civil duty within electricity supply.

• Prepare necessary documentation for enrollment and make submissions for enrollment to the Total Defense Duty and Assessment Agency regarding those liable for total defense who have been deemed suitable to fulfill civil duty within electricity supply after investigation.

• Provide support in handling appeals and interruptions.

• Manage ongoing administration for those liable for total defense being investigated.

• Maintain ongoing contact with those liable for total defense via phone and in writing.

• Handle confidential information.

• Collaborate internally and externally.

• Provide support in educational planning for those liable for total defense.

• Contribute to the unit's operational development by developing routines and processes.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Security clearance and background check are required.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Åsbro. The start date is in April, with an initial 2-year fixed-term assignment, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 50% on-site in Åsbro.
