We are now looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator with a focus on payroll preparation and working hours for Eurenco in Karlskoga.

The role of HR and Payroll AdministratorIn this role, you will be part of Eurenco's HR team consisting of six people, and you will report to the HR manager located at the Karlskoga site, as well as the rest of the HR team.
Your responsibility includes all payroll preparation for our external payroll partner and ensuring that the payroll process follows established routines. You will follow up and assist managers with the approval of working hours and support both employees and managers with salary-related questions. The role also involves a significant amount of contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, Statistics Sweden, and IKEM, which is Sweden's industry and employer organization for innovation and chemical companies. You will also keep track of regulations regarding wellness, ATK, vacation shifts, and overtime, as well as collective agreements and local rules and agreements.
Examples of other tasks include producing statistics and reports, entering various personnel changes into our system Talentsoft, and updating organizational charts as needed. You will also support others in the HR team with various HR-related administrative tasks.
Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in a similar role, preferably within an industrial company. You have extensive knowledge of the payroll process and are skilled in various systems. We work in Rydoo, Talentsoft, Excel, and MS Outlook for email and calendar functions. You handle both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. If you have any form of payroll education, it is highly meritorious, but you may also have acquired this knowledge through work experience.
As a person, you are organized, structured, and want to have full control over personnel reporting and the organization and changes occurring within it. You take initiative, drive your tasks, and are unafraid to contact both colleagues and external contacts to move forward with your assignments. Since the role is a support role, it is important that it comes naturally to you to be service-oriented and unpretentious. Engagement and curiosity to solve tasks are qualities that we highly value in this role.
