Operations Supporter for Home Care in Nora Municipality

The Operations Supporter is an administrative and operational support role that contributes to the effective, legally secure, and high-quality functioning of home care services. The role is central to coordinating, planning, and following up on operations in close collaboration with management and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will primarily work with planning, staffing, and receiving new assignments from case managers. You will also coordinate and communicate between different professional groups to ensure that users receive the assistance they need.

You will have close collaboration with the unit manager and care staff to meet the needs of users in the best possible way.

You will play an important role in following up on development and quality work within the unit.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and structured in their work, flexible, and able to handle rapid changes.

Empathy and a high level of service are highly valued traits.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A completed high school education.
  • Good digital competence with office packages and experience working in various operational systems.
  • The ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Basic economic knowledge for ordering, invoice management, and cost follow-up.
  • The ability to use digital tools for communication, statistics, and follow-up.
  • Previous experience in scheduling and staffing is considered an advantage.
