About the position We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous Claims Advisor for Werksta in Örebro! With us, you will have a central and responsible role in the claims process, where you are an important link between the customer, workshop, and insurance company. The job involves receiving and inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of the damage, calculating damages, and ensuring an efficient flow from the first contact to the completed repair and delivery of the customer's car. At Werksta Örebro, you will have the chance to grow in a modern environment alongside knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect damaged vehicles and document damages carefully.

• Coordinate with the customer and insurance company to ensure proper claims handling.

• Create and update claims reports and assist with damage calculations.

• Work closely with damage assessors, technicians, and workshop management to drive the process forward.

• Plan and allocate work to ensure efficient workflows and high quality in the claims process.

• Ensure that the customer receives ongoing information and good service throughout the process.

• Contribute to improvement work and share your expertise within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in damage assessment within the automotive industry is an advantage.

• Comfortable with customer contact and able to create security and trust with customers.

• Good administrative skills and experience in documenting and working in a structured manner.

• Familiarity with Cabas/Cabplan or similar systems is desirable. 

• Good computer skills and understanding of digital workflows.

• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

• Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.

• Solution-oriented with a focus on service.
