Interim HR Business Partner – Consulting Assignment

We are looking for an experienced HR consultant for an interim assignment focused on ensuring continuity within HR during ongoing recruitment. The assignment involves close collaboration with managers and operations, as well as a broad operational HR responsibility.

The role includes acting as managerial support, keeping ongoing HR processes running, and being responsible for areas such as pay transparency and salary mapping. Experience with union dialogues, preferably with IF Metall, is a significant advantage. We are looking for someone who is confident in the role and can quickly immerse themselves in the organization.

• Start: end of February / beginning of March
• Scope: approx. 3 days per week
• Duration: 4–6 months
