About the job as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Arboga, you will play a central and strategic role in the organization’s long-term competence supply. You will work both operationally and strategically throughout the recruitment process and become an important partner to hiring managers and HR. The role suits you if you enjoy combining a data-driven approach, proactive search, and consultative advice.

You will be part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team that works across the entire talent lifecycle - from employer branding and outreach to completed recruitment. Here you will have significant room to influence, develop processes, and contribute to improvement work.

Common tasks:

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment process - from needs analysis and requirement profile to hiring.
  • Work proactively with search and relationship building within relevant target groups.
  • Design and publish target group-adapted ads and manage selection and interviews.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, personality assessments, and reference checks.
  • Support and coach hiring managers in recruitment-related issues.
  • Work analytically and data-driven to track recruitment outcomes and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to improvement work within Talent Acquisition, for example, regarding processes, tools, and working methods.
  • Build and maintain networks to strengthen long-term competence supply.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition who thrives in a role that combines operational recruitment work with strategic development. You are confident in the entire recruitment process and have experience in both advertising and proactive recruitment. To succeed in this role, you need to have an analytical mindset, be relationship-building, and enjoy close collaboration with managers and other stakeholders.

You are curious, unpretentious, and driven - and you have a natural ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. You see the value in working data-driven and have the courage to challenge, improve, and develop working methods within Talent Acquisition.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in proactive search and working with hard-to-fill profiles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working data-driven.
  • The ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • A consultative and coaching approach towards managers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Relevant higher education, for example, in HR.
  • Desirable experience with psychological tests and/or certification in assessment.
