Track contractor Lars K Gräv AB continues to grow and is now looking for a driven, social, and structured administrator/accounting assistant who wants to be the hub of our administration and an important part of the company's development. About the role

In the role of accounting assistant, you will be responsible for ongoing financial administration, invoicing, and bookkeeping. You will also support the company in daily administrative tasks and be an important link to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The position is based at our office in Kumla, and as the spider in the web of the operation, it is desirable that you work on-site four days a week.

What you will do with us:

• Manage customer and supplier accounts

• Invoicing and financial documentation

• Payroll administration and time reporting

• Book accommodations for staff during projects

• Plan and book company events (Christmas dinners, etc.)

• Book training and courses

• Provide administrative support in daily operations and communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers

We are looking for someone who

• Has 3 years of experience in administration and finance

• Is self-sufficient in customer and supplier accounts

• Is meticulous, structured, and self-driven

• Enjoys responsibility and has many points of contact

• Is solution-oriented

• Has good computer skills and sees the advantages of working in different systems

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
