About the Position

We are currently looking for a Quality and Environmental Manager for one of our clients in Karlskoga.

As the Quality Manager, you will play a central role in leading and further developing the company's quality work. You are responsible for ensuring high quality both within the organization and in collaboration with suppliers.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing quality-related activities, as well as conducting audits focusing on quality, process compliance, and adherence to established plans. You will also ensure the quality of technical reviews, handle complaints, and work to meet and clarify customer requirements. An important part of the assignment is to continuously develop and improve our management system.

Your Profile

• We prefer that you have experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry and good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Experience with ISO 3834-2 is an advantage, as the client is certified according to these standards.
• Experience with the business system Monitor is also a plus.
• You have a relevant higher education, for example in quality or engineering, or other training or experience deemed equivalent.
