At Klara Consulting in Örebro, you will be part of a smaller team of five people with a clear ambition to continue growing and expanding in the future. Here, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey where we will develop together!

In this role, you will primarily work with accounting for a number of clients in various industries. You will have a varied daily routine where you combine ongoing accounting with service and advice to your clients.

We also actively work with digitalization and more efficient ways of working and would like you to be curious about how new technology can simplify work—both for us and for our clients.

The role can be adapted based on your experience and ambitions, and as you grow, there are good opportunities to develop and take on more responsibility over time.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and ongoing accounting

• Monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, and annual reports

• Some payroll management

• Service and advice to our clients

We are looking for someone who thrives in a social and client-facing role and who wants to help drive development forward! You are positive, engaged, and proactive, enjoy collaborating, and have a strong desire to grow and develop together with us.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in finance

• Has 2-3 years of experience in accounting

• Can independently handle ongoing bookkeeping according to K2

• Has been involved in monthly and annual financial statements

It is an extra merit if you:

• Have experience from working at an accounting or auditing firm

• Have experience in payroll management
