Financial Controller (Örebro)

As our Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the factory in Örebro and be part of a European finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership, develop, drive insights, and truly make a difference.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze gross margins and product profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up with operational leaders.

• Provide monthly cost tracking and variance analyses (inventory, costs of poor quality, departmental costs, etc.).

• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, including balance sheet planning and support for managers.

• Contribute to the monthly closing process.

• Participate in central operational and financial meetings (Weekly Forecast, Inventory E&O, and Warranty).

• Ensure accurate product costing through monthly allocations and annual updates of standard costs.

Skills, Experience, and Education

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, driven work approach.

• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong focus on deadlines.

• Good communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written, and knowledge of Swedish accounting principles.

• Solid understanding of financial processes, including monthly closings in a multinational environment.

• University degree in finance or business administration, along with experience as a Controller in international manufacturing companies.
