JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an administrator responsible for the registration and management of client cases, including record-keeping, filing, etc. The role includes being a control function and requires close and good cooperation with other administrators and caseworkers. Contacts with other authorities, organizations, and partners as well as relatives are also part of the job.

Since administration is part of the legal process, great accuracy and structure are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. You communicate clearly, ensure that messages are conveyed, and follow up on cases to ensure deadlines are met. You are perceived as stable and focus on the right things, even under stress. You have good collaboration skills. It is important to us that you share the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's fundamental values of a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in the human will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Well-rated work experience from similar positions

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of and experience working with the client administrative systems of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Office administration education
• Experience in security work
• Knowledge of document and case management in the PLATINA system
