Do you want to work with people and make a real difference in their journey towards employment or studies? As a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you will play a central role in supporting participants to find their strengths, create new opportunities, and take the next step in life.
About the positionAs a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you will be an important part of our mission to support people on their way to employment or further studies.
The work is largely independent, and you are responsible for planning, structuring, and driving your work forward. You will also be responsible for the office hours and ensuring that the operations run smoothly. You enjoy taking responsibility and have the ability to create security and engagement among the participants.
At the same time, you are part of an engaged team located in several locations. Together, you collaborate, share experiences, and support each other to develop the operations. The role therefore requires a flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a daily routine that can vary, where you can step in and provide support at other offices as needed.
An important part of your mission is to build relationships with companies and partners to create job opportunities for the participants. You enjoy making contact, building networks, and finding new paths to employment. Good local knowledge of the labor market in your area is a crucial prerequisite for succeeding in the role.
Your profileWe are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, engaged, and has a genuine interest in helping others develop. You are a natural relationship builder and thrive in interactions with both participants and employers.
You are communicative, attentive, and have the ability to adapt to different individuals and situations. With a proactive and initiative-taking approach, you take responsibility for finding new ways forward, for example by participating in fairs, networking events, and other activities that create new opportunities.
You work in a structured and meticulous manner, understanding the importance of planning, documentation, and follow-up to maintain quality in your work.
It is meritorious, but not a requirement if you have experience in:
- Coaching or matching work
- Work within Rusta and match or other labor market initiatives
- Knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic, Somali, or Tigrinya
To be eligible for the position, you need to meet one of the following options:
Option 1 A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.
Option 2
At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing result. At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:
- Management with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
- Work with labor and labor market issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career guidance
Other requirements
- Driver's license B and access to a car
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Working hours: Scope: Full-time, probationary employment for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment. Salary: Individual salary setting applies. Start: Immediately, taking notice period into account.
