We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Administrator for a temporary position at Bilda Svealand. With us, you will have a varied role with great responsibility and many points of contact.

The position is based in Örebro.

About the position

You will work with operational reporting, financial management (fees, ongoing accounting, and budget follow-up), and project administration. You will support the Operations Developer in follow-up and reporting and provide support to the study association's leaders and participants. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration within the administrator team, where you contribute to developing and quality-assuring working methods within Bilda's folk education activities.

Our requirements - we are looking for someone who:

• has at least a high school education

• has experience in administrative work and some project administration

• is service-oriented, meticulous, and flexible

• is structured, takes initiative, and responsibility

• has good collaboration skills and finds it easy to create contacts

• thrives in change and wants to work with improvements

• has good digital and system skills and good knowledge of Office and Teams

• can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• post-secondary education in administration

• several years of work experience

• experience from non-profit organizations/study associations

• previous experience in payroll and contract management, and knowledge of the financial programs Hypergene and VismaDCE

• previous experience in administrative work at a study association and thus experience with our common study association system Gustav.

Employment form: Temporary position (fixed-term employment) for 1 year initially, with the possibility of extension Scope of the position: 100% (the scope can be discussed if needed) Desired start date: 2026-04-15 or by agreement Location: Örebro Application deadline: 2026-03-15.
