The Community Building Administration offers creative conversations, a fast pace, solution-focused working methods, and gives you the opportunity to drive and participate in changing community building processes. We are a collaborative administration between Hällefors, Lindesberg, Ljusnarsberg, and Nora municipalities with a broad mandate within the municipalities' community building processes.

The administration consists of two main areas of operation: technical operations, and building and environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission as a Service Center Employee is to assist citizens by providing good service in the form of information, advice, and guidance via incoming phone calls, requests via app, email, or in-person visits.

You will work administratively, handle forms and incoming documents, and process routine and regulation-based administration. You will assess whether the case should be handled directly or guided further in the organization based on established routines.

You will work with subscriptions for water, sewage, and waste, including invoicing and associated accounts receivable. You will also handle transactions with related tasks such as invoicing, claims management, and record maintenance.

You will receive fault reports and feedback.

We want you to promote the use of self-service web services and fault reporting via web and app. You will participate in the unit's improvement work, which consists of developing working methods, routines, and our knowledge database. You will also contribute to development work in the current operational system and app.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in qualified administrative work, preferably in a service-oriented environment. You are accustomed to meeting people via phone and in person and feel confident in providing clear information, guidance, and support.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and communicate professionally in both spoken and written form. Your IT skills are high, and you work seamlessly in multiple systems while handling an ongoing conversation. Searching, evaluating, and documenting information is a natural part of your working method.

Since the role involves working with subscriptions, invoicing, and related transactions, it is important that you enjoy administrative processes and have a good understanding of how structure, accuracy, and quality affect the whole. Experience in financial administration or billing systems is an advantage.

You have a knack for building trust in meetings with others and are skilled at listening, asking relevant questions, and adapting your communication to the situation and needs. You work in a structured manner, can prioritize between different cases, and make independent assessments within given frameworks. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration and sees the value in developing working methods and routines together with others.

We believe you are interested in community issues and motivated to make it easy for citizens to get the right help. Experience from municipal operations, particularly with the billing system EDP Future, is an advantage.
