As a technical inside sales representative at Sales Operations at BUMAX, you will be part of our global sales team at the company behind the world's strongest stainless steel bolt and other premium fasteners in stainless steel. Here, you will drive business with customers all over the world in energy, offshore, aerospace, marine, and process industries - Environments where our products are used when things simply cannot go wrong. You will work closely with engineering, production, and international customers in a role where you switch between technical dialogue, quotation work, and securing deliveries. Worth knowing

The position is a full-time position on-site in Örebro. You will initially be employed through TNG and, if the match is right, transition to employment with BUMAX. You will work in a close-knit team with daily check-ins and clear support from your manager and colleagues. The company is on an exciting growth journey.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in a technical environment, such as technical sales/inside sales, technical support, or technical customer service, and who is comfortable preparing, managing, and following up on quotes. You currently have, or have previously held, a similar role in the manufacturing industry and have thus gained a good overall understanding of the production flow. You are used to working cross-functionally with several internal contact points and possess a solid technical understanding.

You thrive in a fast-paced role, have strong communication skills, and can prioritize among parallel tasks. You are curious, unpretentious, and have a business-oriented mindset in your dialogue with customers and colleagues. You are fluent in Swedish and English and navigate confidently in digital tools.
